DNA and U offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you, for example, arranging for a test kit to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.   • As needed by those conducting the genetic screening and by those assembling your report;

  • If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DNA and U , our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction; or
  • With your expressed permission.


However, we cannot be responsible or held liable for the actions of third party sites from which you may have linked or been directed to our Site.

The information that we collect from you is transferred to, and stored at, a destination within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and USA. It however may be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who works for DNA and U , or one of our suppliers. DNA and U may send you an offer in the future regarding new developments in genetic screening, which you may accept by entering into a separate agreement for this information.
