These Product Consent (“PC”) is an agreement between you and DNA and U and its affiliated entities and subcontractors, (“Futura Genetics”) regarding your purchase and use of Futura Genetics DNA test. Futura Genetics may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified product consent.


You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications, and your access or use of an online services account constitutes your acceptance of the agreement as it appears at the time of your access or use. By agreeing to these terms and conditions of use, you authorize Futura Genetics and its staff to communicate and provide information to you regarding your Futura Genetics account.

Your DNA Sample


Your DNA sample will not be used for any other genetic testing besides those ordered by you. After your test has been completed and verified, your DNA sample will be stripped of all personal identifiers and may be used as controls in future assays. DNA not used for controls will be destroyed.

Your Genetic Information


Your genetic information will not be directly associated with your personal information, but will be stored in our secure database, maintained to facilitate client’s requests for replacing lost reports.


To protect your genetic information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.


This information is kept strictly confidential and will not be released to third parties without your permission, unless required by law.


You may request to delete your information from our DB, but then we will not be able to restore your report if you need it.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy


Refund and Cancellation:

We will return your money if you cancel the order prior to shipping the DNA kit out. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect info. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment or alternative.


Delivery Policy:

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If our DNA kit is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
  • We accept orders from international customers all over the world.
  • An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed.
  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 20 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
